Terms: Cash, Certified Check or Money Order unless credit is pre-approved (allow 2-3 weeks). Visa, MasterCard, or Discover accepted at time of order. All orders FOB Idaho Falls, Idaho USA. All orders shipped standard UPS ground or US Mail unless other arrangements are made. We are not responsible for delays by shipper. Contact Customer Service for packaging and special (e.g. “blind” or multiple destinations) shipping. Orders may not be produced for, or shipped to, past due accounts.
Orders: Accepted by phone, postal mail, or e-mail. All custom fabricated orders require a minimum 50% deposit. Orders for replacement canvas tops for pop up campers and solar window shades require 100% payment in full before the order will be processed. Cancellations for orders of replacement canvas tops will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations for orders paid for with credit card will incur a 3% cancellation fee to cover card processor fees. Cancellations for stock items will be accepted in writing only! Orders for custom fabricated items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Rush Orders (if available) are subject to additional charges. Changes in orders will be accepted in writing only and are subject to additional charges if the order is in production.
Prepaid Shipping for on-line orders: On-line prices include UPS / USPS ground shipping charges for deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to restrictive freight charges and tariff issues, our prices do not reflect free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the USA, including Military APO addresses.
Returns & Claims: Claims must be made within 5 (five) days of receipt of goods. A Return Authorization Number must be requested and be shown on shipping label. Call tags cannot be issued for returns. Returns of unopened, stock items NOT caused by a Idaho Canvas Products error will incur a 10% restocking fee, plus the original prepaid shipping costs and any return shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund. Returns or Cancellations for orders paid for initially with credit card will also incur a 3% cancellation fee to cover card processor fees previously paid. We cannot accept decorated or custom made goods for return. Returned stock merchandise must be new and in sellable condition. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given. Damages caused by the shipper are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept COD returns.
One Year limited Warranty: All products are warranted to the original customer for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. All parts and labor or replacement (at our option) are covered. Transportation to and from our factory, damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered by this limited warranty.
Damaged or Lost Orders: We take extreme care in properly packaging our products for shipment. If merchandise is damaged or lost by the transportation companies, here’s what you should do:
DO NOT RETURN ANY DAMAGED GOODS TO THE FACTORY. Any damages MUST be inspected at the receiving point by the transportation company. If a shipment reaches you in a damaged condition or the quantities do not check with those shown on the freight bill, be sure to get, at the time of delivery, the carrier’s freight agent’s notation on both the receipt and freight bill showing the shortage or damage involved. If the boxes, crates or cartons in which our merchandise is packed reach you in apparent good condition, but upon opening a carton you find some contents to be missing or damaged, be sure to call the delivering carrier’s freight agent immediately, so that they can examine the shipping carton and its contents and make a Concealed Damage Report. Note this information on the face of the original freight bill. Be sure to open and inspect all shipments within 5 days and submit your claim to the carrier promptly if any merchandise is damaged. Retain the merchandise in the original cartons and packages for inspection.We do not assume responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Claims for loss of damage on any shipments MAY NOT be deducted from our invoice, nor payment of the invoice withheld, awaiting adjustment of your claims.We will not accept return of any merchandise whether damaged, or for any reason, unless permission has first been issued IN WRITING, via a factory return authorization number. We are willing to assist you in any possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible for collection of claims or replacement of the material. Always refer to our invoice number when corresponding regarding any claim.
Fabrics: Fabrics used are first quality. Some small slubs, off color threads should be expected in the fabrics. Although we strive for continuity of color, we cannot guarantee exact shades due to variances in dye lots. All fabric colors shown on this web site are an approximate match and may vary depending on your computer monitor. The 100% cotton fabrics will shrink up to 10% and will wrinkle if washed.
Legal Information: Limitation of Liability In no event shall Idaho Canvas Products be liability for damages – monetary, property or personal – for any transaction exceed in the aggregate the amount paid by the customer for the goods giving rise to any cause of action or related cause of action. This shall be including but not limited to, economic loss, lost profits or for any damages incurred by a third party. No responsibility will be taken for any printing cost or time. Warranties IDAHO CANVAS PRODUCTS DISCLAIMS AND DENIES ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT AND DESIGN. STITCHTIGHT SPECIFICALLY DENIES AND DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Indemnifications Customer warrants that it shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IDAHO CANVAS PRODUCTS, its officers, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claims, damages and costs, including attorneys’ fees and costs resulting from claims of customers or any third party. Customer’s Warranty Customer warrants that it has the right to use the artwork, logos et al that are requested to be placed on IDAHO CANVAS PRODUCTS products. Customer warrants that it shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless IDAHO CANVAS PRODUCTS its officers, shareholders, employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to Attorneys’ fees and costs, in any cause of action including, but not limited to an infringement action, as a result of imprinting the artwork logos et al.
